   Ashley Adams were fantastic. Booked our first cruise, hopefully one of many. Booking online, you miss out on the personal touch, the questions that get answered immediately. Sick of sending emails, waiting days for a response, or having to speak to a call centre. Get to know your local travel agent and support your high street. Brilliant service, highly recommend.

   Two visits, two totally different experiences. Visit 1, booked a short break, female representative wore a face mask, friendly and helpful. Visit 2, had to call in to cancel or rearrange the break, male representative didn't wear a mask an encouraged us to remove ours, told us we would lose all the money paid if we cancelled, contrary to terms and conditions for cancelling on tour operators website. He told us that he would telephone the tour operator and then telephone me. To date five working days later and we still haven't been contacted? Are Ashley Adams trying to go out of business?

   Having not flown in a long time they organised everything and it just flowed no problems except the weather causing a delay at Manchester airport which they obviously had no control over. Would have no hesitation booking through them again Well done
