We booked our trip to USA for 2024 August. Our agent was Kristin and was the American specialist, being from California herself. She was very friendly and efficient and helpful. She made us feel at ease and comfortable with her knowledge.

Great Customer Service...... We had booked a holiday through the Beverley office last January, which unfortunately due to myself testing positive for Covid we could not travel. We informed Amber at the Beverley office and supplied her with proof of positive test and alternative dates. Within 3 hours of my e-mail containing the above requested info, she replied showing that the holiday had been rearranged for the February date we had requested. The hotel, airport flight/times, seats were the same, plus she had also rearranged the car parking. In these days of ever increasingly poor customer service, it is good to see a company such as 1Worldtravel still supplying an excellent customer service. We have booked many holidays with the Beverley Office since it opened and always received such service, and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to my acquaintances/friends and family.
