   I found Claire through the BACP site and submitted the enquiry form, she responded within 24 hours and arranged a 30 minute introductory call. I felt I needed to speak with someone about grief, family and work and I thought I could cope on my own but the feeling of low moods, emotions and feeling upset were coming round more regular. Claire was brilliant in the first face to face meeting, always attentive, listening, repeating back what I told her and discussed how I was feeling. Speaking about the things that made me feel low, Claire helped me to reflect and look at things differently, give myself time when I need it and just articulate my thoughts going forward. Since having my sessions with Claire I feel much better and positive within myself and have the comfort of knowing should I need to speak with her again in the future she will be there.
