I saw Julie Millar for a long term knee injury and she was amazing! She really listened to my issues and was thorough in her assessment. I felt in safe hands and that she genuinely wanted to get to the root of the problem and solve it. I saw her over 3 sessions where she checked me for postpartum, checked my running composure, used dry needling, soft tissue massage and gave me great instruction on exercises.
