   Incompetence of the highest degree the staff who work there are total Muppets. They never have prescriptions ready and will tell you a pack of lies down the telephone to fob you off an absolute disgrace. One star is to many for this place.

   No stars for this pharmacy. If the Marx Brothers were alive they would do a better job of running this chemists. To say that the staff are uncaring, incompetent and utterly devoid sympathy for their customers would be a mild understatement. You could be old, infirm and dire need of your medication and they wouldn't care. I could write a book about bad their service is but it wouldn't make any difference. After 10 years of being treated with some of the poorest excuses imaginable for your medications' not being ready I've decided to move pharmacies. I suggest you do the same.

   Treat everyone like they are junkies regardless of what you are in for .... they lie about your meds not been there and always quick to blame the doctors for it .... I went in for my disabled wife's pain relief and was told it's not here so went home spoke to the docs then called them back saying it is there please go look and was told well we have a lot to look through so call back tomorrow.. not happening I said go look and less them 1 min they say we have it ... But you will have to come for it tomorrow. I said no that not happing ether .. told them I will be down in an hour to pick them up .. Will post . More one we have been down ..

   Complete farce when trying to pick up medication. They say allow 48 hours for script to go to chemist from doctors and then when you go to pick it up, you get told it'll be 2pm the following day. Always quick to blame other people.

   I've always had positive experiences with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and cheerful. Whenever I have asked for advice they've been fantastic. My son has autism and can become confused and agitated. They've been absolutely brilliant with him and been able to calm him down and bring him back to being relaxed and cheerful. He's never felt at ease with previous pharmacies, with autism they find it difficult to read expressions, at this Lloyd's branch the staff always have a cheery positive outlook with him. Just one thing though. I keep trying to get them to dispense my own personal prescription to stop my hubby annoying me!!!!
