   I called in for sone medication and got quick free consultation regarding my ears being bunged up, he had a look and told me I had inflammation and wax build up. He recommended some olive oil spray and sudafed/actifed of which I took the actifed and recommended at some point when everything had settled to return for earwax removal once settled if needed. There was no pushy sales tech, he just told me how it was. He was great to deal with, chatty and pleasant. I hope more people use the pharmacy to keep it open as many are struggling to run them as a business. Thankyou for your help today

   First time using this pharmacy at the weekend and the new owner is so friendly and helpful. The drs surgery messed up my prescription so i had to go through NHS 111 and the pharmacy was great at helping me to get sorted. Will be using them going forward and would highly reccommend this pharmacy.

   Brilliant service from the new owners, much better looking inside, it now actually opens late too which is great if you work. They also send a text when your prescription is ready to collect. It's great when the owner remembers your name too, shows they care about what they are doing!

   Out of hours service sent prescription to them on Sunday. I travelled from Withernsea only to find a notice on the door saying they were shut all day not good enough

   Out of hours gp sent prescription here at 5;30. Was informed was open until 10pm. Travelled to the pharmacy at 7;30 to find it closed. Prescription was for my daughter......pointless getting a prescription if cant pick it up. Can understand if have to close but should maybe make GPs aware so could of had prescription sent elsewhere and actually be collected

   Recently the service has really dropped off a cliff, the phone rings and cuts off, call numerous times whilst open for example Saturday when report open. @ 1920 3x more calls no answer….I am out of pain relief, trying to check stock before leaving next village! I try and get organised with my meds, & on line with the app, they don’t get delivered (I’d be happy to collect, but sometimes easier not disrupting the lots) subsequently at times I order on line again, creating work at GP as they need to check and decline my order, as Ive not received previous prescription. I used these for flexibility, yet question their suggested opening hours…may need updating.

   Says they are open till 11pm but plenty of times I have been at 7-7.30pm and they are shut. Also lots of times I've been in to get my prescription when they are open and I'm told the pharmacist isn't in so they can't give me it. No organisation and never answer the phone.
