   It's an absolute joke! There isn't a time when there are no long queues! It's all very well people saying its the only chemist in the village and to be patient, but surely it needs more staff to meet the extra demand? When the other Boots in cottingham closed, some of the staff seemed to join this one and the queues went down. It's back to 1 staff member serving at the tills again. Surely they can get another staff member?

   I would rate it 0 stars if i could. The whole team, including management, treats their customers like absolute garbage. It’s like they can’t handle a customer asking a simple question without them feeling threatened that they’re in the wrong. “No verbal abuse tolerated” unless it’s the employees that work there. Shame on you all.

   I went into the pharmacy today to collect my prescription, which I’ve never had to pay for before, only to be told I now had to. My mum then went to the same Boots location about half an hour later to ask why I was charged, and she was treated terribly. The staff shouted at her and humiliated her when she was simply trying to get clarification. When she asked to speak with the manager privately, she was told, “No, I won’t speak to you if you speak to my employees like this,” all while raising her voice at a customer. Other customers in the store even spoke up in her defense because it was so clear that the staff were in the wrong. It was honestly shocking and disturbing to witness such rude and unprofessional behavior. Additionally, while I was there, an elderly woman was visibly upset and in tears because she had to wait outside for 30 minutes to collect her prescription, something that should have been ready much sooner. The entire experience was appalling, and it’s unacceptable to treat customers like this. It’s incredibly frustrating when a store claims to have a “no verbal abuse” policy, but the staff are the ones being verbally aggressive to their customers. I’ll definitely be reconsidering where I go for my prescriptions from now on.

   The lovely team here work extremely hard to deliver our vital medicines. It is now the only chemist in the village. So, it is a vital asset to our community. It is a shame that so many people are so horrible to the staff. The Doctors in the area need to help them with timely delivery of prescriptions.

   Pleasant staff helpful. Well that's how it was then, since the last review everything has gone down hill, always items missing from prescriptions will not answer the phone, needs some better cause of action in the place.

   Absolute disgrace, never been spoken to like that by anyone before. Women at the counter cares more about going home than the customers in the pharmacy.

   Awful. Really slow. Staff seemed totally uninterested. Elderly people with mobility aides waiting outside for over 20 mins only to be told to come back in 15 mins. Constant queue as staff are so slow. So elsewhere if you can.
