Every time I pick up my prescriptions there's never a pharmacist so they can't issue. Been twice already today and still waiting on the arrival of the pharmacist it's now 10:15 . Fingers crossed third time lucky.

Had a flu and covid appointment booked for 9.10am arrived at the shop on time and the shutters where closed and about 4 people waiting!!! 9.15 a staff member appeared and we go in. Was then told I couldn't have my jabs till pharmacist arrived, he won't be long!!! 9.50 he rocks up, was told by another customer this is a regular occurrence, knew I should have gone Morril street but as this was nearer?? Shop is a bit of a mess also, wouldn't bother anytime before 10am in my opinion.

Don't like the attitude of the female pharmacist, she was arrogant and rude. The lady who was serving however was nice and seemed herself embarrassed by the pharmacists interruption.
