1. CT 2020 ★★☆☆☆

   I find most of the staff pleasant enough (all the blonde ladies & red haired lady), when I use this place, which is roughly once a month but the black haired women is absolutely disgusting. Barking orders at staff and also has preconceived ideas about customers too, she is awful!! No customer service skills, to be fair, just no people skills. So well done to her because today was the last time I try to give that shop a sale!

   Absolutely brilliant, I was forced to change to a different Lloyds by Lloyds direct, messed my prescription up leaving me with no medication for 3 days. Lloyds morrill street sorted it out straight away for me and I picked my full prescription up within half hour of calling them. Thankyou to the staff. X

   Have just changed pharmacy's as Morrill St never seem to have what is on your prescription you have a barrage of question's name, age and address in front of a full shop before it's passed over for dispensing then a long wait before being told your prescription hasn't arrived from your doctor or half the things are out of stock glad to be leaving

   When you take a prescription in from the Doctors you expect to get what is on the prescription, even if not in stock, THEY then are supposed to order it in, not this pharmacy, lie saying that my mum has to go back to the surgery because they haven’t got it. so my mum has been without a very important cream that she needed.

   Spotlessly clean, well organised and busy but also reasonably quick, I've deducted a point as they weren't super helpful on answering questions. I wanted to know was the medication safe as I'm not good with meds and occaisionaly I forget one or take too many and this caused confusion and it shouldn't. Taking meds is often a major issue for disabled people and the advice was poor.

   Who ever the women was today barking orders at the staff telling them their cleaning etc is not good enough maybe learn to speak to people with a bit of respect and certainly not in front of customers! How they just took it im very impressed I for one would have given you a slap there and then speaking to people like that disgusting!

   Clean and well-stocked store. Only came across one friendly member of staff, as the abundance of others just seemed to be hanging around in the back looking lost and glaring at the ever-growing queue while they continued to stand around. The wait time to collect prescriptions was far longer than it could’ve been and just made the whole experience very frustrating.
