Visited various times over the last week for my prescription as has my husband. Despite it being stated as a 7 day a week late night pharmacy it has been closed each time. I signed a petition to keep this open for them to stop it being closed as many are going 'on line only'. Yet they can't stay open when they state they are open!
A few times me and my partner have turned up at different times of the day, as online it’s stated as open to then arrive and its not open. My partner has gone today after being told by the non emergency line he can go there instead of the walk in centre, he was told by the non emergency employee that it is open until 9pm (same as online) but yet again it is closed. How this pharmacy is still up and running when it is hardly ever open and go against the opening/closing times is beyond me. If you cannot stick to the times you state online then change the online times or put an update online for non emergency employees/customer's to see so no one wastes their time turning up just to have to leave. Looking at the reviews left here and posts made on social media against this pharmacy I think it’s time this place is looked into and make changes for the better.
Doctor sent important medication 2 days ago. Every time I go it's closed. Having to take half day off work today just to see if I can get my medication during office hours. If I can't, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I live down the same street as this pharmacy and I can't even seen to catch it open. Shop next door says people are complaining all the time about the same thing. It's a shame because it used to be quite good.
Just sent someone in need here to collect emergency medication, states it is open until 8.30pm. It is closed and there is no answer on the phone at 5pm.
Already closed at 7.30pm on Saturday even it says open till 10pm
Lost life changing medication, deliveries hardly ever come when there supposed to, very slow at service a lot of the time. This should looked at. This isnt just about providing a smile and being polite its about peoples health and a chemist is meant to be there to help in these scenarios but they make things much worse.
Emergency doctor sent my much needed medication here because it States that its open till 11pm every night!!! The sign on the side of the building says its "open till late 7 days a week" well that's a lie. I'm sat outside at 9:00pm and all the shutters are down, no answer on telephone and the Premier shop next door said they are never open late.
