   Always like visiting here. Everyone is so helpful and professional. Just had my ear wax removed yesterday and I can honestly say it was the best treatment of this kind that I have ever had anywhere. The Gentleman who performed the procedure was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable and understood. It was excellent value for money. My whole family use this pharmacy and all agre the whole team here are absolutely brilliant.

   One particular staff member thought it was OK to air her opinions about my disabled mother as soon as I entered the chemist I was verbally attacked, making false accusations towards my mother with such vulgar attitude towards me infront of staff members and customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Very unprofessional and discrimination towards my mother. She should be ashamed of herself.

   My local Day Lewis Pharmacy on Newland Avenue in Hull is the best pharmacy I have ever used for my regular medication needs in my area. Staff are always friendly and efficient. You can expect very little waiting time in store as they are adequately staffed to prevent any long queues.
