   On multiple occasions I have been told my prescription/s would be in on a set date/time. Near enough every single time I’m told a time/date, I’ll go then and I’ll be told it’s not in until tomorrow. I’ll go back the next day and I’m told tomorrow again. It’s a joke, my baby needs her prescription milk and my mum needs her pain killers, diabetes meds and all her other meds too. Need to stop saying things will be there if they’re not going to be. It’s every single time now.

   I believe that it is important to support small local pharmacies and I have used Keith's for several years, mainly for prescriptions but also for vaccinations and general medical advice. I have also been able to find bargains among their wide and often changing stock. They have been very good at fulfilling prescriptions rapidly and accurately and have been effective in chasing up hard-to-get items. While I have not found the app which you can use with them entirely satisfactory, I have no complaints about interacting with their polite, friendly and enthusiastic staff!

   Had my covid booster jab today and the service was fantastic! From the shop staff to the lady who did my vaccine! I turned up earlier than my scheduled time and I took my 2 girls (both under 5!) With me, and the lady moved 2 chairs into the room for them to sit on, then after i had my vaccine she gave them both a sticker haha! Never been to Keiths Pharmacy before but its made a very good impression on me today!

   Booked my booster jab their but had to leave before I even sat down. I had to take my child with me as im a loan parent and don’t have childcare. The shop isn’t big enough and the woman doing the vaccination made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were both wearing masks and kept as far away from her as possible, but she treated my child like he had scabies, being very over the top and quite rude. She had been working closely with several other staff in the back, and had been serving customers. It was a very odd way to behave towards people who were there for the vaccine. If you’re not set up for it and aren’t comfortable doing it, don’t register as a vaccination centre! The whole set up was just weird and did not give me any confidence in getting my vaccination there. She didn’t wash her hands and the room was untidy and seemed unclean. Not a medical setting at all. When I asked if she would rather I left because she didn’t seem comfortable, she did nothing to fix the situation. Either get some more training and learn to be comfortable giving the vaccine, or don’t offer that service. People with children need their vaccines too!!
