Best pharmacy I have ever used...Never have I been to a pharmacy that is as well organised as Hull Lincoln..The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Never have I been and had to Queue! The Pharmacist is available if you need advice.I can't praise this pharmacy and staff enough. Well done North Point Hull !

Disgusting!!!!!! The pharmacist decided to give away medication that was packed in my bag and waiting for collection. Ive been told that customers that come into the pharmacy have priority over repeat orders. I never had a situation like that and i will seek advice to where I should report them, because clearly there is some discrimination going on. Dont dare to order earlier to have pills before Christmas because they will not complete it. They will give away all your medications to someone else and tell You to come back later. Not to mention I've waited 30 minutes in queue just to hear this fascinating piece of news. I received a text that my order is ready. Clearly that's not the case!!!

I went in to BUY a lower dose of something I’m prescribed. Sometimes the prescribed dose makes me drowsy so I’ll take the lower dose which is available over the counter. I explained this to the girl at the till and she then went to seek advice from the pharmacist which was totally unnecessary because if you’re a half decent counter assistant you’d know. Then the pharmacist came to speak to me so I explained the situation once again and the pharmacist proceeded to tell me “staff in this pharmacy have been told they’re selling too much of this kind of product and to limit its sale.” Erm…. excuse me? What does that have to do with me? Appalling service. Unprofessional, untrained counter assistant, cocky unknowledgeable, egotistical pharmacist. Not to mention the constant long queues and the other times I’ve been in there the staff are too busy socialising with each other instead of serving customers. Anyway, I went to Boots and bought the product after conversing with the pharmacist in their store to ensure I wasn’t being unreasonable. Avoid this dump! They lack customer care, professionalism AND knowledge…. Useless. By the way, I graduated as a pharmacist, but went into teaching instead. I don’t know where they found this “pharmacist.” But you keep her on your bank and you’re gunna end up losing customers and money, she was horribly unethical.

First rate pharmacy. The staff always go the extra mile to help and advise. Nothing is too much trouble and the pharmacist always has time to speak to customers no matter how busy the shop is. I always use this pharmacy. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy; failure to deliver, rude staff, long queues. I've had to pick up prescriptions for a friend several times after this Co-Op store failed to deliver it and didn't tell her! So she ran out of one of her medications. On one occasion last year when I asked if there was issue with delivery instead of saying 'yes' and 'I'm sorry we didn't inform' she raised her voice saying 'we have no driver, we have no driver', 'he's off ill'. People behind in the queue all saw the rudeness and were not impressed, instead of asking more I left instead of holding up the queue and getting into argument. They also asked my friend she ring up every month for prescription not every 6 to renew it but every month! And they still can't deliver. All this time on they still haven't responded to e-mails letting them know of this incident, Lincolnshire Co-Operative group who run it say they reply in 28 days they don't reply to e-mails we are still waiting over one year on! If I needed a pharmacy myself I would never use this one!

Staff lack communication skills when penultimate prescription is issued. No empathy is shown to anxiety sufferers when pharmacy staff unprofessionally fail to notify patient of renewing yearly electronic prescriptions before they run out. Often have missing prescription items or wrong medications. No prescription back cover showing next issue due etc.
