   If I could give 0 stars for this pharmacy, I would have done that. The staff was extremely rude on the phone when I booked an appointment for vaccination. The next day when I arrive for the appointment, I was told at the desk that clinician can’t make it to work. I was appalled at the audacity of the staff as they casually said to me that appointment cannot happen. I took off from work and went out of my way to reach the place only to get a “sorry” when I told them atleast I should have been informed in advance about cancellation. The staff has no respect for any customer’s time. Would urge others to go to a better pharmacy. Highly disappointed!

   Gave my husband the wrong prescription and refused to take it back. Continued to lie to him that it was prescribed a couple of days ago and that his actual prescription would take at least 24 hours to arrive. They're going to demand payment for that one too. That's £20 they'll be scamming us out of. They didn't even let him know what medication he was getting and they're complaining that the bag was open. How are we supposed to know what we got if you don't tell us and we don't open the bag? We don't have super powers. They gave him tablets instead of a cream. Huge difference! Every single time we go there, there's a problem. Staff not doing their job right, giving wrong information, talking or watching stuff on their phones instead of attending to the customers. Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever seen and been to in my entire existence. On top of that, they give you attitude because you interrupted their doom scrolling. Would give 0 or even minus stars if I could.

   Pharmacist is okay, treatment was provided but no advice or discussion. Other staff are rude and disinterested, clearly don’t want to work there. I was given incorrect info about when/how to take the prescription because they want you out as soon as possible (although I was the only person in there). Will avoid this pharmacy in future.

   Went to get my ears syringe, yesterday it said on window from 10 pounds had it done and she said that it is 50 pounds ,she didn't tell me before I had them done how much it would be, think this is wrong practice Be careful if you go

   The worst experience I have had in a pharmacy! Ignorant staff who didn’t even acknowledge waiting customers, no proper advice given. Then on asking for a product on the minor ailments service I was told it would take half an hour to register and give the product! Working in pharmacy myself I know this is clearly untrue, just lazy or incompetent staff! Will never use again!

   Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!! Paid £199 for a covid pcr test. Same day results promised, no results received. I will now miss my flight. Beginning to think their covid tests are a SCAM. A little about the service received: Arrived at the pharmacy at 9:30am for my covid test appointment having travelled 40 minutes. Huge queue of addicts waiting for their Methadone. Told by the one pharmacist on duty to wait. Waited patiently. At least 8 people in the small pharmacy shop without masks on which is currently illegal. Having waited patiently for half an hour, I ask again for the test. Finally the pharmacist calls me into the small room and hands me forms to fill in. Room completely unsanitary with methadone (green liquid) on the table. I have to take covid test alone, unsupervised as the pharmacist serves further customers. I was promised results by 6pm (end of the day). No results came. Can’t get hold of the pharmacy and they are closed tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

   Love the flexibilty of this chemist and Caroline, Kerry, the coloured girl with long hair and Tony (the boss) are lovely people there are a few of the pharmacists that are so far up their own a***. Have been going here for a few years, I used to have to go daily then weekly now Fortnightly and I very rarely have problems there in fact the only problem I had was when i was prescribed a 15mg morphine patch but they only stocked 10mg and 5mg which they ordered in but was sent wrong brand but was all sorted eventually. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
