   Called with a digital prescription ID, and the chap who answered the phone couldn’t understand what I was saying and got it wrong. Took nearly 5 minutes just to take my ID for him to get it wrong. If you can’t understand what people are saying, perhaps you shouldn’t answer the phone.

   These pharmacys need to open earlier for people who need emergency prescriptions and antibiotics. Or at least have an emergency pharmacy in beverley for people who ring 111. Absolutely ridiculous it opens at 9. People have to work before 9.

   I would 100% recommend using this pharmacy! I had been trying for five days to get my medication, contacting several different pharmacies, but none could (or would) get it in. A colleague recommended this one, and the very next day, they had it ready for me! I can’t thank them enough for their help – absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much!

   I have only given it one star because I couldn’t post the review otherwise! Every single time I go for meditation it’s not there!! The same line has been said to me over and over “when did you order it” and then they refresh the page and it magically appears. Then they tell you that they will have to order them!! I agree the staff are very rude. This is the last time I will ever use this chemist.

   Would give it 0 if i could Never seen a pharmacy with so many staff work so slow. No other Lloyds pharmacies are like this. 10min wait before you even grt acknowledged to then spend another 15mins waiting to then be told they dont have what i needed. Absolute joke of a shop it needs closing down!!! Let Boots take over, they know how to work quickly, efficiently and how to treat their customers. Absolute joke of a pharmacy. I would be embarrassed to work there!

   Rude ignorant staff. The large girl in the back is ignorant and doesn't know her role well. The 2 older customer service staff talk about people's business when they've left the chemist in front of other customers. They are super slow and you have to wait around for a long time. Never ever go here for a personal matter as everyone will know your business when you've left. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
