Items hardly ever ready even when you go in 2 weeks after ordering your repeat prescription. Rude pharmacist today saying too busy to measure my leg for compression socks which GP had just prescribed.. I mean how long does it take? Would have only taken a minute or two.

Not sure if they are the best at customer understanding but second time I’ve been given short sharp shrift whilst trying to explain a problem.
Really poor, an older gentleman ordered his prescription nearly two weeks ago and wasn't ready, staff not welcoming at all.
