Tried ringing but no answer. Went to the pharmacy it's empty two members of staff talking. Tried calling whilst in pharmacy and was hung up on. Got my prescription sat outside in car Tried to call again and was hung up on. Really poor service especially for those that struggle to make the trip to the pharmacy.
I have selected a dispenser close to my work to have my medication there for me at my convenience, only to find my choice is often over ridden, and have to guess if its at Leven, or my elected pharmacy. Literally you go get your prescription, don't expect anything else. 10 day + wait for a repeat prescription. Wait for pre ordered prescription collection.... take a coffee. There are boxes up in boxes of prescriptions waiting to be collected, visible to customers. The whole place is totally unorganised
I Was on my holiday at Heron Lakes and phoned Leven pharmacy, someone picked the phone up and before I could speak they put it down , I phoned again and no one answered. I was feeling ill so I decided to call in the pharmacy in person for some advice from the pharmacist, as I approached the counter all the staff were talking and I was completely ignored. I had to asked to be served and it seemed like an inconvenience to them . I asked to see the pharmacist in private as I had multiple rashes, so the lady said just a minute abruptly and walked off , I asked her where she was going she turned around and said to get the pharmacist. She then came back from wherever she had been and said the wait could be 15 to 20 minutes, she then walked away and talked to her colleagues again. By this time I had enough. It was bad enough feeling so ill but to be treated like that is appalling, I will never visit this pharmacy again absolutely disgusting if I could have given you no stars I would!!!! I went to Beverley Hospital they were amazing I told them about the appalling experience I had received at this pharmacy and they were absolutely disgusted . By the way I had shingles.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Leven Pharmacy. I went in suffering from shingles, which, as many know, is extremely painful and contagious. Given my condition, I should be minimizing contact with others. Despite this, the pharmacist was apparently "too busy" to even take a moment to speak to me, let alone offer any advice or assistance. I was dismissed and sent away without any guidance whatsoever, which is both unprofessional and irresponsible, especially considering the nature of my illness. This level of disregard for patient care is unacceptable, and I intend to take this issue further. Very poor service – I expected much better.
