    Up until last few months always fine , however 2 months ago after 1 week I called regarding my prescription to be told I had to ring the doctor as one item they can not get hold of and call to be on the safe side with said item. Again you have to chase them !!! Fast forward 2 months for my next lot of medication and phoned them prior to check to be told all good it's in the dispenser for you tonight. (4 days) Next day go and collect to find same item as 2 months ago missing . Nothing to advise me even though I called day before and told all ready . Reason out of stock again ,when asked why did you not inform me last night when I rang ! Reply !!we are too busy . , communication needs working on with your customers no informing them of shortfalls on medication and to be told basically not enough staff . But don't worry I'll call doctors get a repeat prescription for the missing item hopefully prior to going away for a week ,in the meantime think about giving great communication to your network of people that rely on you . After all we are talking about peoples wellbeing her not a packet of crisps that are out of date from the local shop .

    I was call a liar by them when they gave me the wrong thing I'd asked for, someone who was in the back and defended her collegue. They insisted I'd asked for Co codamol, (which I'm allergic to) so never would. Then she said and I quote 'at least you've got your heyfever tablet'. Very condescending!!! I was literally saying no I didn't ask for that and they were saying you did 6 times. I was fuming after queuing 20 minutes then having to argue and they've over charged me, gave me a refund, but then asked me for the price of my other tablets. Immediately rang my Dr 's to change the chemist. Not going again.

    Incredibly helpful and amazing staff just been in for an emergency and although we were part of this chemist's normal area still helped us to the 100 degree would reccomend and absolutely amazing Thankyou to you all who work here never let me down
