   Sam was excellent. He took the time to understand what the issue was. In my head I had one idea but it was something different and Sam was able to determine it by asking all the right questions to pin point the issue to a specific tendon. The exercises and guidance were the right ones and I was fully recovered in just over 2 weeks. Did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend

   I’ve been really impressed with Jonathan Clark. I went to them after reading some great reviews, as I needed physiotherapy following ankle surgery. My physiotherapist, Jordan, has been brilliant – really knowledgeable and thorough. You can genuinely feel the difference in the level of care compared to other services.

   I received really great care from this physio team during a period when I suffered from achilles tendinopathy. Jordan put a plan in place which adapted around my rugby commitments, held me accountable when I got complacent or strayed from the plan, and fully supported me through the rehab process. It took two rounds of shockwave treatment to get me on my way, but my options were always clearly communicated (including more conservative treatment) and at all times I felt like the team had my best interests at heart. Thanks to Jordan and Simi for their excellent care, and given my sport I'm sure I'll be back in future!

   Very impressed from first contact through to final appointment yesterday. Team at main office always on hand to help with scheduling appointments, plus emails and text reminders. The app is great for learning new exercises, tracking progress. Shock therapy for my shoulder impingement, seemed to be a very effective treatment. My thanks to the team and Jen at Whiteley who provided an all round positive experience.

   Had 12 sessions of physi on my neck following a car accident. I began with limited movement on the left side of my neck. Jordan was thorough patient and encouraging ensuring I fully understood the use of the app so that I could continue exercises at home correctly. it also enabled me to give feedback so that adaptations could be made where necessary. I continued with the program after the formal sessions had finished and am pleased to say I have good movement all round. Thank you Jordan I recommend you wholeheartedly. Kay McFarlane

   I had such a great experience with Jonathan Clark. I saw Niall Stubbs for knee pain, I love running and my knee pain was affecting my ability to run regularly without pain. He explained what was wrong and gave me exercises which progressed throughout my time with him. It was really beneficial and by the time I last saw him I was running without any pain at all. Even though I’m still not a massive fan of strength training, he explained the benefits and I know how to continue with strength exercises to improve my running. I was strangely nervous for my first appointment as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a really welcoming and positive experience! I’d definitely recommend Jonathan Clark to anyone, thank you! :)

   I cannot recommend Jonny at JCP highly enough. The treatment, advice and support I received during a 3 month period had a significant impact on my injuries improving. The progression of exercises and online support was extremely effective between treatments. Jonny displayed a high level of professionalism in depth knowledge at all times. He communicated the next steps in a simple manner and also developed my understanding of the injury and treatment required.
