    What can I say about Back on Track? I have been working with Anna for a couple of years starting from training at home to working out at the gym. I started off barely able to do a squat but can now do Bulgarian split squats (particularly proud of this). Anna's encouragement keeps me going and I'm the fittest I've ever been. Her knowledge is immense about muscle groups and how to get the most out of you (delivered with a cheeky chuckle). I would highly recommend Back on Track for your personal fitness journey.

    Excellent support to help recover from a hip stress fracture from 1:1 sessions and group classes. Anna’s experience is shown as she takes time to understands your needs and tailor a plan that works for you. She will explain every exercise and the benefit you will get from it and insure you preform them correctly. Anna helped with a plan to build my strength and get me running again….. with her help and support I managed to complete a marathon. I highly recommend Back on Track, Anna, TJ and Sam to anyone who needs physio or strength training. 5 ⭐️service

    Over the years I've tried and failed to stick to a fitness routine. I tried couch to 5k then stopped running. I joined a gym and never went. I got a treadmill at home and ended up using it to hang laundry on. It's fair to say fitness wasn't for me. Until I met TJ and Anna. I first contacted TJ just after my 30th birthday as I had an ongoing pain in my hip. I assumed it was just an ache I'd have to live with but she quickly identified the problem and developed a training programme that resolved the pain and strengthened my muscles so it wouldn't be an issue in the future. First having 121 sessions and now attending a group session, TJ has helped me consistently achieve my goals, be that look fabulous for my wedding, be able to do push ups or run a half marathon, I have done it all thanks to her training. I am not one for fitness and often joke that I'm the laziest person I know, but TJ makes every session fun and a great workout. TJ has helped me heal various injuries and strengthen weakness over the years that would otherwise be causing me ongoing pain. I've realised that I can probably never leave her because on my own, I wouldn't do the work and probably have all sorts of pains and struggles. I cannot recommend Back on Track enough, it's so much more than just another PT or fitness group - it's more inclusive, I've made friends and TJ and Anna have so much more knowledge than anyone else I've met, so there's always a way to exercises safely no matter your ability.

    I cannot praise Anna highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I have been seeing her for 1:1 PT sessions since February and it has had a transformative effect on my physical strength, and almost more importantly, my mindset. She is so knowledgeable and professional and 100% dedicated to getting the very best out of every session. Even though I have MS and can often struggle with certain things, Anna has proved to me that I CAN do these things and I CAN keep improving. I love every session I have with her and see progress every single time. I could write pages about how wonderful she is but I wouldn’t want to embarrass her!! Thank you so much Anna.

    I have been training with Back on Track through small group personal training for a couple of years now. I really enjoy the light-hearted and encouraging atmosphere that is coupled with a professional approach with regards to the safe use of equipment and guidance as to how to get the best out of each exercise. The sessions are well planned out and target various muscle groups. We are never pushed beyond our ability but are given encouragement to progress. I always come out of sessions feeling better than I went in! I would definitely recommend Back on Track for helping people to get fitter and stronger !

    after receiving an injury just after Christmas on the lower part of my back, I contacted back on track and they came straight back to me with an appointment. I visited the clinic and they assessed me and give me lots of different exercises/movements to do until my next appointment. Which was on a fantastic app. After a few visits to this company I was feeling much better and was able to touch my toes yet again. Thank you so much for all the assistance and the advice you give me at our sessions.

Their service is fantastic - realistic exercise programme for rehabilitation and true support to meet my goals. I would not hesitate to recommend and will use again when needed.

    Very thorough assessment and diagnosis. Excellent visual explanation of what was going on inside my knee and back, with good videos of how to carry out the recommended exercises. Anna is easy to talk to and did some deep and productive massage on knee and mid back.

    I visited Back On Track to help with a few niggles ahead of running a marathon. Anna was brilliant right from the start and all the way through my treatments. Friendly, efficient, genuinely interested and caring, highly knowledgeable, and full of great ideas and exercises to put things right. The PhysiApp they use is brilliant too and helps remind you of the exercises set, and more importantly keeps you accountable for actually doing them! I’ve been really impressed and can’t recommend Back On Track highly enough. In fact, I already have to a lot of people!
