Me and my wife went to the lounge when we flew out to Majorca on the 12 July myself I’m a nervous flyer but the two ladies what was working was so kind and helpful nothing was too much it made the start to our holiday we will definitely be using it again
Joanne is a star and her attentive and friendly dispersion makes my time waiting for my flight an absolute pleasure! From her warm, friendly welcome and making sure I want for nothing..she should train all other lounges in the world on how to do it right! Until next time...
Michelle … lady in the lounge was so, so lovely. Really kind & warm and very funny! She was so attentive. We were a little bit stressed due to late flight and needing to make connection and she helped us to feel comfortable. 5 star service in Humberside! Thank you lovely lady!
