   Absolute waste of time they want to charge the earth for interest then restrict the times you can go and visit them in their office. No availability to do things online and then they want you to sit in that office for 30 minutes such an antiquated system. Now I know why they charge so much money for their service.

   Asked to attend their office at a specific time, to then not been seen as was double booked. Over an hour of manual paperwork, very old school, not user friendly and quick as one would expect. Not a great experience, found an easier lender online
