My initial online enquiry was very quickly followed up by a call that got the ball rolling. Kimberley and Jacky where professional and efficient in all their communication and kept me informed throughout the process of checking our suitability for a mortgage, checking the market for the best mortgage and putting in the application for our mortgage offer. We are glad to say we have completed and will be moving into our new home next week. Kimberley was also great at finding us great home buildings and contents insurance. Kimberley's expertise and knowledge of insurance policies added real value for us. Kimberley really took the time to ascertain exactly what we required and understood our new needs as a family with two very young children. Anyone who has moved home knows how stressful the process can be and if you add juggling childcare and work during a global pandemic to this, you can appreciate how important it is to have good support and communication.
