   Beginner runner suffering with planter, went to Running, Adventure & Outdoor to see about a new pair of running shoes. Dave was very helpful and provided useful insight in what would be best fit along with some good tips as well. Fitted me with a lovely pair of trainers and now looking forward to my next run. Would highly recommend. UPDATE: So the running shoes I bought with the guidance have been a complete game changer, no hobbling the day after with my planter and I feel like I am running on air! So much so I have decided to push myself and enter the H10K this year. Thank you!!

   The best trail and road running shop in the area - a real hidden gem for runners in East Yorkshire. Amazing selection of top quality products (OMM, Buffalo, Altra etc) all hand picked by the owner. We highly recommend visiting the shop in-person - their knowledge of running and running gear is amazing. We will be coming here for all of our running gear in the future - what a place!

   Bought a OMM Kamleika smock from this store as a Christmas present; the jacket was worn once and ripped for no apparent reason! The store would not replace or repair the jacket only offering a discount on the rep of the new model after 2 months of debate. You only find out whether a shop is really worth using when things go wrong.
