   This shop holds some absolutely fantastic stock. Very helpful team members. It's worth a visit for running gear and outdoor wear. Also, it might be good for scouts/explorers for doing fells as they sell the packet meals.

   Beginner runner suffering with planter, went to Running, Adventure & Outdoor to see about a new pair of running shoes. Dave was very helpful and provided useful insight in what would be best fit along with some good tips as well. Fitted me with a lovely pair of trainers and now looking forward to my next run. Would highly recommend. UPDATE: So the running shoes I bought with the guidance have been a complete game changer, no hobbling the day after with my planter and I feel like I am running on air! So much so I have decided to push myself and enter the H10K this year. Thank you!!

   The best trail and road running shop in the area - a real hidden gem for runners in East Yorkshire. Amazing selection of top quality products (OMM, Buffalo, Altra etc) all hand picked by the owner. We highly recommend visiting the shop in-person - their knowledge of running and running gear is amazing. We will be coming here for all of our running gear in the future - what a place!

   I ordered a pair of Buffalo mitts as a Christmas present. They were too small so I returned them and asked how much the p&p would be to post a medium sized pair in exchange, but got no reply. I also sent an email but received no reply. The gloves were for my daughter so I asked her to contact the vendor. She received an evasive answer saying that Royal Mail might have delivered them to the address next door. I do not find this explanation credible in the absence of any reply from the vendor. Another reviewer had the same experience. Do not buy from this vendor. UPDATE 1st March 2023: The reason why the company was not informed for 27 days is because you did not acknowledge my email dated 28th December 2022 11:37 asking for an exchange. I sent this email the day before the mittens were posted. Had you replied to my email, you could have told me that they had not arrived and I could have asked Royal Mail to investigate where they had been delivered and I would have accepted the loss. It has taken the company 8 weeks to reply to me although they did reply to my daughter on Facebook, asking what the tracking number was and saying that sometimes deliveries are left at the old people's home or garage next door. No more was heard until I emailed a different address that I found on PayPal 3 days ago. I received a reply last night, which has since been redacted, accepting no liability but offering to credit the cost of the mittens against another purchase from the website. The bottom line is that I emailed the company on 28th December asking for an exchange. The company has not explained why this email was not acknowledged.

   Initial thoughts great. Price beat everyone out there. Items posted and tracked with Royal mail (2 day delivery) I had a concern about my postage details and wanted to contact them. There was no queue on their phone line, the chap that answered was both knowledgeable and very helpful. Really great service I'm looking forward to receiving my new trail shoes and giving them a go. Would definitely use this vendor again

   Have competed in the Fire and Ice Ultra and have to say it was one of the best races of my life. When I realised I was missing some kit just a few days before the race they were able to send it to me next day delivery so I had it in time for the race!
