   Hi just wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you, my son recently went on a day course with his school HAF points. He went to Revolution - Bike Maintenance provided by Oasis South Hub Grimsby Sutcliffe Avenue Grimsby DN33 1AW North East Lincolnshire Barry was the guy that made his day. He absolutely loved learning new things and was happy he went. He came home full of bike knowledge and couldn’t wait to take his bike in to fix a few things. We also took my youngest child’s bike in and Barry and his team mate fixed an issue we couldn’t at home. We never knew this scheme existed until he went to the course. Just wanted to say what a massive help it was for someone who knew what they was doing to do the bikes and best of all free which is also a massive help. Thank you again and big thank you to Barry! Top guy!

   Fantastic charity they have been working with my daughter at school doing a bike maintenance course and even provided her with a bike to bring home, and after asking about hiring a bike for my husband so they could go out together they to donated one to him. We had a couple of punctures so took the bike to the Preston road hub at child dynamics for a repair and they sorted it straight away, the team members that we have had the pleasure of meeting have always been polite and really helpful.

   Honestly faultless, went round this morning because my bike had some minor faults generally thought I would have to spend £50 or something around that mark. But the chap there fixed everything for me for FREE. Lovely people from the reception staff to chap who fixed my bike. Highly recommend if you live the local area of Cottingham.

   Bought bike from them for my son, chain broke after 2 weeks. As son out of Hull he had to pay a local bike shop £30 for repair. R-evolution never returned my calls, refused to contribute to repair, even though bike came with 3 months warrants. They asked why he took bike out of town, that's because he lives out of town and very difficult and expensive to return bike to Hull for repair. If they had offered half the repair we would have been happy. Bike shop who repaired bike were appalled by the state of chain and gear cogs it had been sold with. Poor quality, poor customer service. Poor second hand bikes sold that are not fit for purpose. would not recommend at all.

   I took a bike into their Trinity Market unit to get a rear puncture fixed. When I left I immediately found that the rear brake had not been re-attached. A week later, because the rear nuts had not been tightened, the wheel moved to be jammed up in the brakes. 2 weeks later and the rear derailleur, because of the lousy putting together of the bike after the puncture, became jammed so it was stuck in 1st gear. Leaving aside the last 2 problems, the dis-functioning of the rear brake could have been life threatening - so avoid them.

   Great place provides a great services not only do not provide good quality refurbished bikes at a fraction of the price , they help the community. And unlike certain bike shops in the hull area do not try to scam people that don't have a great knowledge on bikes. I have been to place before to get my bike fixed and came back with parts swapped for worst quailty components. If your looking for a good quality bike at a good price with top customer service. This is your good to place.
