   Always queues, always have to wait. What is the point to have an appointment if they call u more than 40 minutes later. They always try to sell u unnecessary procedures, and u never know the price until u must pay. 0/10

   Hidden prices, they don't have a prices list on their website or in their practice. I didn't know that the first check was so expensive until the end when they asked for money. First consult was only weight and listen the dog heart, but they do not tell before how much will be, even I visited them many times fir appointment.

   My experience and being apart of this vet has impacted me alot. I am assured when I go that my pets and "me" will get the best treatment. The love and care for the pets can be felt. The professionals are extremely easy going individuals. They are understanding and will make sure you are informed and taken care for. They never rush anything, they understand their priorities and respect it. An extra privilege is the pricing. I believe the costs are comfortable to be taken care of.    Absolutely amazing vet. We had to take our cat Bing Bong for the first time due to a bout of sickness. Everyone was amazing, really great with our cat, gave him plenty of pets and kept him very calm while he had to have his check up and a jab. Could not recommend them enough.

   The whole team at Grove vets are brilliant. Greg in particular helped us a lot this summer with our cat who stopped eating. She ended up having a feeding tube in her neck and he was really patient and allowed it to stay in as long as needed until she finally started eating again. He was in touch a lot to ask how she was doing with the tube at home and they all gave me a lot of support and advice. Thank you to you all for your help and support!

   I have been visiting Greg Scott for over 20yrs, he is a great vet, who is honest about your pets requirements and will only give you genuine appropriate advice, I have found him to be very considerate of the pets owner, and will go the extra mile to help both parties, his surgical techniques are excellent, he removed my dogs eye, and most people don't even notice she has only one, I love him x
