   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid – False Information and Discrimination Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Vets4Pets Gosport. I paid for my dog’s first vaccination, but the second jab was never valid because it was not given within the required four-week window — yet they were still happy to take my money. When I tried to resolve this, the staff repeatedly hung up the phone, refused to give me information I requested, and failed to fulfil a Subject Access Request (SAR), which has been reported to the ICO. I was also discriminated against because of my disability, despite them already having medical letters confirming my needs. Absolutely disgusting customer service and unethical behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs.

   Saw us last minute while we were on holiday and our dog had thrown up 5 times. Super friendly thorough professional staff who talked us through all our options, treated our dog and he was right as rain following it. Communicated with our usual vet at home as well. Excellent practice who don’t rip you off.

   Had my collie duchess to put to sleep there. They took a paw print to send me in the post, didn't pay the right amount of postage, so never got her paw print. The response was...lesson learnt & they would not let it happen again. That doesn't & hasn't helped me. Lost paw print forever, something I can't ever get back. Unforgivable!!!!

   So my Ginny had a carbuncle on her tail she lost most of it, the tail that is. And my overwhelming thought is how happy she was to be there how calm she was and how much she likes the people there. And she's had to go before to have an eye removed. And yet she is just calm there never any fussing from her. And the tidiness of the work? So good. Am tempted to draw a Minecraft villager on her back now though.

   My cat was passing bloody urine. I was in a panic. My cat was fitted in to be seen immediately. We had to return the next day again unplanned and again we were seen straight away. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. Outstanding service!

   The vet I saw was really compassionate and explained cost for removal of my dogs teeth. I just find the cost of vet surgery’s all over is so expensive, it hasn’t cost as much to have my teeth out. But when you love your animals you don’t have a choice.

   The veterinary care is second to none, both my boys are characters in their own right. The vet (apologies I can’t recall his name) that saw my dog Bertie who is a nervous boy at best, was perfect and calming. Bertie was in for his vaccinations and well it couldn’t have gone any better! From the reception to veterinary staff you truly can’t fault them. As a mummy to two cockers, I want the best to my fur babies and don’t want to put them under any duress and I can happily say that this practice is the best!

   I have always found ALL staff to be pleasant and professional. The receptionists are friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. The veterinary team explain everything really well, have always fitted me in to be seen, if needed and more importantly, my cat is cared for exceptionally well. In eight years of visiting, I can honestly say, not only do I like the service and manner of service I have consistently received, I see that this level of professionalism and consideration is consistent to all who visit them. I have never once seen anything but ultimate professionalism and a caring and understanding approach to all. My cat is my life, I know he is in good hands, at this surgery. Thank you ALL, for all you do.
