The website has incorrect opening times on it so they were not open when I arrived to drop my cat off. The manager instead arranged to collect my cat from my house a little later on. Unfortunately when I phoned to book him in I wasn’t told the new opening times. She did however send me a photo of him settled in when I asked for one, which I appreciated having passed him over to a family in a car I hadn’t met. My cat stayed for 9 nights, originally booked for 12 but my trip away finished early. I asked the cattery if I could collect the next day. I arrived at 0950 to find very loud music which I had to turn down, and a frustrated member of staff, who couldn’t find my bag and struggled to find my cats vaccinations card. My cat seemed ok but his litter tray did not appear to have been cleaned out for about 3 days, photo attached. I messaged my concerns to the manager who is on holiday, who said the litter tray was typical for one cat and she was down a member of staff. Had I received a proper apology rather than my concerns dismissed I wouldn’t have left a review. Shame

We left our 2 cats , Shadow and Misty, for 16 nights at end of July to beginning of August. We were very happy with their care and lovely that the children were there helping with all the cats. Our male was a clingy little twat when he got home but this is normal. Thank you all for looking after our fur babies....5* from us x

No one was there when we went to drop our cat off. No one would answer the phone and the alternative number provided on the poster was not recognised. We waited for over ten minutes until eventually we were told we would need to wait a further 15 minutes although it could have been longer. This does not seem like an excessive amount of time but I had already contacted them in the day to confirm a suitable drop off time as our cat does not travel well. During the car journey my cat had released her bladder and bowels in the carrier and there was no way we were waiting any longer for someone to be available. We have since not had any contact from the cattery explaining why they were not there for drop off or to apologise. This is utterly disgusting and if this is their attitude to their customers it leads me to believe they are not capable of caring for our cat in our absence.

I have used Little Furs for years now and I'm always happy and comfortable with my cat, Luna, staying here, whether it be a few days or 10 days! We've never had any issues and I know Luna is well cared for. I have picked Luna up this morning after a recent stay and she looks great! Cassie is always super helpful and lovely too - would fully recommend Little Furs to any cat parents out there!

We used Little Furs for two weeks in May and heard nothing from them during that time so assumed all was well. But when we went to pick up our cats we found that our 1-year-old sphynx was in a shocking condition. He was skeletally thin, swayed when he walked and couldn't even jump up onto a low chair. We rushed him straight to the vet, who told us he was in such a bad state they were concerned his kidneys would fail. It took five days on intensive life support and almost £3,000 worth of bills to save his life. I will never, ever go anywhere near this cattery again. They were utterly negligent in their complete lack of care for my cat, the result being that he endured a great deal of suffering and almost died. EDIT: The owner has objected to my "before photo" on the grounds that it wasn't taken the day he went into the cattery. I have gone through my photos and added the one I have of him closest to our holiday that shows his body - this photo was taken in March. I also took Casper to the vet for his check up on 15th April and they told me he was 2.65kg and confirmed this was the perfect weight. When we took him to the vet after our holiday in May he was only 1.81kg. The final photo (of the two cats in the basket) was taken this morning and shows Casper's condition now that we have nursed him back to health. I'm not interested in a long back and forth with the owner here. I am simply reporting the experience that we had.

Winnie is a very anxious cat, to which Cassie handled this very well. She sent me photos, and kept me updated through WhatsApp. I would like to thank Cassie for looking after our cat.

Couldn’t recommend more ! I contacted little furs very last minute and they was more then happy to take him in. I couldn’t be more thankful. The people that own the cattery were very friendly and there was loads of adorable cats and kitten staying there already. I was very anxious about leaving my 5 month kitten but I’m very happy with the experience he had, it was like he was staying in a hotel for few nights :) He was very happy and loved the company of other cats and kittens. Thank you so much x
