Xavi from the boots pharmacy was very helpful after I came in with a cut on my head. Had all the knowledge and was very efficient!
I came away from Boots at Whitely today feeling like I’d received the best customer service from two really lovely members of staff. Sadly I didn’t get their names. First was a lady who had given me really good in depth skincare advice across The Ordinary and No 7. Next a lady from the pharmacy who gave me advice about problem skin on my finger. Thank you so much and well done.
Only waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I went in to collect my parcel. Not impressed. Then handed my £100 bottle of scent in a takeaway/pharmacy meds bag! The only good thing was that it was ready in less than 12 hours. Other than that appalling!
Went in to purchase Christmas gifts. As they only had Self - service checkouts . Left the gifts behind and walked away. 1) I don't work for boot and 2) I am not working for them for free. If they want to put profits before customer service and jobs. They don't get my money simple.
Visited Boots this evening in Whiteley to pick up some gifts. Didn't really know what to buy. Corinne the beauty specialist came to my rescue by suggesting some great ideas. Really helpful advice and it was so refreshing to see. Very knowledgeable too. Thank you for help and will visit again.
Visited today (5pm) to purchase make up and fragrance. Both departments each had a really lovely lady staffing them, they were knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended.
A large boots with ample stock and a pharmacy. Unfortunately I feel the staff have no sense of urgency and will happily walk away from a till when the queue is 5+ long leaving one member of staff on their own. Apart from that the store is generally clean and tidy.
Huge thank you to Boots Whiteley. The only pharmacy in my area to have my daughter's medicine. Long opening hours and very polite and helpful staff. Will recommend to everyone I know.
Visited Whiteley store today to seek advice on skin care products for me and my partner. We couldn’t have been happier on leaving; the time and effort given us by Corinne was second to none. She was knowledgeable and extremely attentive, going above and beyond, so much so that on our return to the store she had arranged samples and information leaflets for our benefit. I went into Boots in Whitely to look for a birthday pressie for my daughter who’s turning 16. I really didn’t know what to get for her but a lovely young girl called Clara was so helpful. She asked me questions about what my daughter liked and used on her skin and how much make up she used. I ended up buying her a lovely make up set that I’m sure my daughter will love. Clara was so friendly and professional and I really felt looked after. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back and ask for Clara in future to help me with all my make up and skin care needs for myself and gifts.
