Our cocker spaniel has had a couple of procedures in the last few years and the care from the team at Woodland has always been outstanding. We were kept well informed throughout and the team did an amazing job in keeping Nala calm (despite her usual anxiety with vets). Costs were clearly explained upfront. Thanks to the team, Nala was very quickly on the mend and up to her usual tricks in no time!

I was so happy with my visit yesterday. My dog Lila is an anxious girl and can become quite nasty at the vets if she is unhappy. The vet yesterday couldn't have been gentler or more kind towards her and the whole appointment passed without incident, much to my relief. I was also happy about the explanation given regarding her symptoms and the advice offered.

Fantastic, knowledgeable, and compassionate team. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the vets provide clear, expert advice with genuine care. Special (huge) thank you for being so reactive when Mildred was sick and for taking such good care of her overnight (with classical music and tuna). Made everything so much easier.

The best experience and care for our dog! Thank you!! We were travelling and arrived to a hotel in Midhurst only to discover our dog had an upset tummy. It was raining and it was difficult to be indoors with our dog and outdoors at the same time! I called Woodland Veterinary Centre in desperation. Luckily Melissa at the reception handled the situation very well and after consulting the vet gave us treatment after which our dog got better. Everyone was so lovely to us at the practice. Thank you!!

Iβve used these vets for my dog for three years. Although there have been times I felt the reception staff unfriendly and felt my money has been whipped off me rather quickly, I have on the whole, been happy with them. There are and have always been some lovely staff members. However today I went into the vets and ended up walking out. I donβt know what has changed - management maybe - but I have felt them going down hill for months now. They are not the same vets as they used to be. Not friendly or empathetic with the feeling they just want my money. I feel like they have lost their way a bit and lost sight of whatβs important. In a nutshell my dog has had an ear infection for many months and Iβve asked for antibiotics for her but the vet said no and at first I could understand this. I was given drops and told to clean her ears each day, which I did religiously. I went back either physically or over the phone, multiple times as my dog wasnβt better and still no antibiotics and a large bill each time. I was getting nowhere and it didnβt help that each time I went I saw a different vet. Today I went in, feeling upset and I knew my dog wasnβt well. I said politely I wasnβt prepared to pay anymore money to see a vet unless I can be assured I would be given antibiotics. What followed was what I can only describe as an ambush from the practice manager. She handled the situation really badly with no people skills whatsoever. She βtoldβ me information that was really obvious ( like we donβt like to hand out antibiotics willy Nilly) which showed me she clearly didnβt understand the history of my dog. No empathy whatsoever, just defensive comebacks which did not help the situation and in fact exasperated it. I was accused of not following through the treatment plan and not cleaning my dogs ears...! Very upsetting when both are not remotely true and I, without fail, clean her ears twice a day. She had no sensitively at all because I dared to challenge their lack of treatment plan, which surprises me when she manages a vets. It was that point, I walked out and went straight to Springfield vets. They saw Doris and immediately gave her antibiotics and a treatment plan which is what should have been done months ago. Such a shame I spent so much money on these vets achieving absolutely nothing and more of a shame my dog had to suffer for so long.

Recently took my dog to woodlands for a range of skin related problems she was having. I felt the vet gave her a thorough examination, listened carefully to the problems she was having and carefully explained all treatment options, answering any questions I had. Felt cost,. Including drugs was fair. Vet was lovely, dogs skin better

I love coming here. All areas are clean and kept quiet which is lovely as my cat is nervous whenever she's in her carrier. The ladies in reception helped me get the most out of signing up to their pet plan when I asked and they always come and say hello to my cat if they aren't to busy which seems to help her nerves. The vets are always very informative about what is best for each animal and which ones are cost effective too. I always walk out very pleased with my visit.

They give me very quick appointments for my cat who is an ex stray and is very anxious and reluctant to get into his cage. This is so helpful and means much less stress for him as he is in the cage for the least possible time. All the staff treat him with kindness and understanding.
