There is a lady called FIONA that runs the financial part and deals. She offered a 65 year old man who is really struggling with his health £1,500 for his caravan which he had to leave as they were kicking him out and only gave him a certain amount of days to rehome himself. He paid 80,000 for it when someone offered him 7,000 they immediately got him in that day and paid him 7,000 even though they offered 5.5k less few days before. The owners are very strange looks like there trying to take advantage of old people and pocket as much money as possible .

This is a fantastic spot for the perfect caravan experience unfortunately the guy who leases it of the council has let it fall into disrepair! Claiming maximum profit off the council and visitors but no output !!! There's a park which has had volunteers offer to repair it declined , the community centre is closed and there is no security ! It's a disgrace this man has been left to do this that was once a thriving park !

Had a lovely stay at one of the caravans through airbnb so feel sorry that our host is tarnished by the site. However, the site facilities are non-existent. There is only one set of bins, most of which are locked and with no recycling facilities, with these bins being the opposite end of the site from most caravans. The site seems to have shut down for any holiday makers and is just content with milking the residents. Be extremely careful with cars. Any low down cars will struggle to get over the speed bumps they have without scratching the underside on them. Could do with some extra foot gates too. We were wanting to head down the peninsula towards the marinas but there is only one exit and we had to walk all the way out of the site to turn back on ourselves despite our caravan being situated immediately beside the footpath along the side of the Fort. The place is generally run down. The only positive about the place is the availability of car parking spots next to the caravans. Will be avoiding this place on future trips to Portsmouth.

Was dire 15 years ago and now not open to the local populace. Folks who have lived on the park for years are uprooting and leaving statics to the elements. No bar or restaurant so really not a great deal to offer but rip-off prices for static homes.

Wow what a dump , deralic isn’t the word ! Never had such a bad experience, No hot water even had a visit from the plumber who was rude stunk of BO and just walked himself in after being told wait (move the dogs) whilst telling them to shut up Nothing at all round here but unpleasant people the manager a Scottish women in black Mercedes’ was a absolute cow rude made sure we didn’t get in the gate as if we was here to steal from the caravans with a child in the car . Very rude very unprofessional happy to never see her miserable face again Day 3 now and will be asking for a refund can’t believe wasted money staying here would have been better In a hostel will be off in the car today to find a swimming pool For a swimmer . The pool is shut here the bar is shut nothing leisure on here just rude people and a few drunks. Literally the end of the coast nothing but empty buildings will never return again This is not a holiday park please don’t bring children it is a RUN DOWN RESIDENTIAL AREA with very strange very rude people

it was ok. the staff are very friendly, the site is clean and tidy. the area for smaller tents is reasonably flat but very stoney under the turf, take plenty of pegs. the pitches for smaller tents are right next to road, so you get all the traffic coming past. it's a strong possibility I'd use them again.

We arrived Good Friday 2016 with our touring caravan, and found the site under construction for static caravan plots. The touring plots seemed to be dis organised and some of the electric hook up sockets broken, and pitches not very well maintained. The toilet block had had a bit of a make over but didn't use them as such a strong smell of paint. The site in general is a mess and I would say unsuitable for children. Dogs allowed on site but are not allowed in the tacky clubhouse you tie them up outside !! yeah right Great location such potential what a waste.
