   April looked after my four cats for 2 weeks, and I simply couldn't recommend her or the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotels enough. Managing a multi-cat group can be tricky (especially dinner time), but she handled them all with love and patience. The level of care and personalized attention was evident. April made sure to keep me thoroughly updated with texts, photos, and messages detailing what they'd been up to that day and how they were settling in. As a worried "pawrent," it was incredibly reassuring to know they were not just looked after, but were genuinely having a wonderful time. The true testament to April's skill is that she managed to completely win over my notoriously tricky cat with her kindness and a well-timed "purr pop." Longcroft is truly a five-star holiday for cats. If you are looking for peace of mind, excellent communication, and a carer who treats your whole clowder like her own, book with April & Longcroft!

   I recently had the pleasure of using a fantastic cat hotel that took excellent care of my boys Mist and Moon. I can confidently say it deserves a solid 5-star rating! April was amazing, her love, care and attention for my boys was outstanding they felt like it was a home from home. What truly stood out were the thoughtful features that made a significant difference. The menus and treats for the cats, paired with the lovely comfortable space, created not just a safe space but an environment that felt caring and considerate.    April was just the best! I felt comfortable with her looking after my little one right away. A warm welcome, time to settle him in and make sure he's comortable. The facilities are brilliant and it was very comforting to receive pictures of her playing with him and giving him ear rubs while I was away. Would highly recommend!

   Longcroft Cat Hotel and April did a fantastic job looking after our 8 month old kitten, Ordell . Initially we were worried about putting Ordell into a cattery or cat hotel of any description. We were going away for 2 weeks on holiday and wondered how she would cope . But Longcroft surpasses all expectations, in the care and love April gives the cats. Aside from the space each cat has and the delicious and varied food they enjoy, it’s the individual attention, that I think is key - playing and interacting with the cats regularly. April sent us photos every few days of Ordell, clearly relaxed and enjoying herself. We didn’t need to worry ! Ordell was in safe hands. We would definitely book again. Would thoroughly recommend .

   I left my kitty Gus with April for a couple of weeks while I was away on holiday and was nervous as he has never been in a cattery before. April was so kind and caring and put me at ease. She sent me several photos and updates while I was away which was so lovely to see! She was so good with him and listened (and remembered) all the things I told her about him. I would leave him in her care again in a heartbeat.

   We had our kitten Moon stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Four Marks for a week recently. We were recommended Longcroft by a friend, but obviously we were very anxious and nervous about this experience, a first time for us and Moon at a cattery. In the end, April reassured us and took really good care of Moon, and we were very happy with the way April communicated with us back and forth, sending us updates and pictures, to put our mind at ease while we were away. We loved the cleanliness, the attention and the care, and the overall theme of the suites and the experience, and would definitely use Longcroft next time. Recommended!

   We booked our cat Phoenix in for a 2 week stay at Longcroft whilst we were away. I was updated every couple of days with photos of him and he looked so incredibly happy. April took such good care of him which put my mind at rest to enjoy our holiday. I cannot recommend Longcroft more. You will be so glad you’ve left your cat with such a lovely person who is guaranteed to love and look after your cat like her own. Thanks again April!

   Absolutely wonderful experience with Longcroft Four Marks and April. We were dropping off a very nervous Siberian cat who had only ever had a bad experience with a cattery previously so were quite nervous about her stay. We needn't be worried. April was fantastic and looked after our cat Luna (Lulu) as if she was one of her own. The cattery itself is spotless and one can see the utmost care is taken to keep it clean and inviting for new furry friends. April took extra special care to make sure Lulu was comfortable and got used to her new home with lots of cuddles and patience. We got frequent updates on Lulu's progress which put our minds at rest and when we went to collect her found her very relaxed and with a lovely groom! Would certainly use Longcroft again and a special thanks to April for being so caring, attentive and loving to our cat.
