I received a surprise bunch of flowers off my lovely friend on the 27th of November. They are still beautifully fresh today, and still smell amazing. They are the loveliest flowers I've ever received. They were packaged really well too. I'm so pleased. I'll definitely be buying my flowers from here from now on.
I order a bouquet of flowers for a very dear friend, not only for her birthday but as a pick you up after a recent accident. They was a very big disappointment when she sent me a picture of the flowers that arrived. Promising them to last at least 7 days, what a joke! Sent a message choice for my money to be refunded or another bouquet, finger crossed I made the right decision for a fresh bouquet, we'll see!

I ordered the Large Damson Delight for my family member who was going through a tough time. The flowers arrived promptly, she was thrilled. That was just over a week ago. The flowers have come out beautifully and they give out a scent. My family member who knows and understands flowers says they are absolutely beautiful. I will happily use Bunches again. The first photo is the day they arrived, the second is just over a week later.
Really disappointed with the Mother's Day gift I purchased. Paid for a Mother's Day Cake which wasn't even sent (and they don't open on weekends so I couldn't contact anyone on Mother's Day). They ignored 5 messages and offered a replacement on Monday, which obviously was not acceptable given that it was already past Mother's Day and would take several days to arrive - after protesting, they eventually agreed to refund this. They also guarantee freshness for 7 days, but, despite following the care instructions and using the flower food provided, after 5 days the flowers I purchased were no longer displayable, as shown. I'm embarrassed by my purchase and will stick to using local florists in future.
Gorgeous flowers! Plenty of stems for your money and excellent value. So far they’ve lasted for 10 days without looking dull or droopy. So impressed and can’t wait to order more. (Pic 1 day of arrival, pic 2 5 days later)
I've ordered from here quite a few times and it's definitely the best florist I've ordered from. I'll 100% stick to ordering from bunches. Always delivered on time regardless of ordering near valentine's day or other holidays and always delivered with care. I love that the flowers are in the buds so you can watch them open over the next couple weeks. Ordered 12 stemmed carnations which are still slowly opening and it's been just over a week. Flowers still look lovely and fresh. It also came with a brownie cake which the recipient enjoyed.
Very poor. Had the sunflower bouquet delivered for my anniversary. Whilst the flowers were packed well and felt moist at stems they were quite clearly well on their way. Sunflowers were wilting, leaves dead. Never opened up properly. Other flowers in bunch were poor all passed their best. I did complain and was sent another bouquet which was slightly better but didn't last four days.
Can’t comment on the flowers but ordered a house plant for my wife on Mother’s Day (from the dog and the baby). Was actually quite pleased that the website promised to send her ‘the most beautiful house plant at the best price’. Brilliant I thought - because I couldn’t tell the difference between a Christmas tree and a chrysanthemum even when one is covered in fairy lights so when it arrived wifey was very pleased (and so was I by proxy). By coincidence we went to a high street/well loved budget shop to get some bird seed and other odd bits the same day - to my horror my thoughtful present sat there (complete with identical metallic green wire ties) AND the little pot thing! Not such a special gift. N.b. Returns are only accepted if it all goes back in the same condition (I’m hardly going to repackage a house plant) so it’s sat on our fire place mocking me - forever a reminder never to order green things from ‘fancy’ online florists.
