   I called JB Domestic based on the goole reviews. John offered me a next day appointment to fix my tumble dryer but as that was not convenient to me, we made it for a few days later. He was very professional and gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He used genuine parts on my tumble dryer. He gave a 1 year guarantee and was way cheaper than calling out hotpoint. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any other problems with my washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven or even tumble dryer again. Thank you John

   Contacted JB Domestics about a repair for my oven and arranged an appointment for Thursday. Waited in all day and didn't show. Tried to contact and couldn't get through. Later that evening I received a call back to apologize that a unforseen emergency come up and the guy who was suppose to come out was in A+E. Said he could attend on Saturday between 12 and 4 with a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. My partner waited at home all day and again no show. No call to say he couldn't make it just complete disregard. The story about someone being in A+E was probably a load of rubbish also. Anyway thanks for wasting two days of our time. Wouldn't touch with a 10 foot barge poll.

   Called 7pm on Wednesday evening to say I had a problem with my oven, they gave me 3 possible causes over the phone and a breakdown of how much each option was to fix. Arrived 24 hours later to confirm the issue and fix the oven. Used genuine parts and good rates too. Would highly recommend and use again!

   I contacted John by email and sent him a short video of my LG washing machine making an unusual noise during the wash cycle. He responded promptly with a possible cause. I arranged a weekday appointment but couldn’t get time off work so had to re-schedule. John offered me a Saturday afternoon appointment which suited me perfectly. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem - the wash pump needed replacing. He gave me a fair price and carried out the repair. No need to wait for parts. My machine is back to working normally and John has given me 12 months warranty on the new part. John carries a card reader and issues all receipts necessary. Great guy, knows his stuff and highly recommended. Support local.

   My washing machine had stopped working on a Sunday while still having clothes in it with full of water. The following day after many attempts to find a repair company, he was the only one who returned my call and being kind. He came in the matter of a few hours and explained what he could do and how much it would cost before starting the job at very reasonable price. He was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. He saved my machine. 5+ stars service and I highly recommend him.
