   Over a year ago I instructed Sophie Rogers for conveying 2 days after the sale was aborted due to a unsatisfactory survey. Sophie Rogers did not conduct searches, as they had been done previously by another company and as far as I am aware did no work whatsoever on my purchase. Nevertheless, more than 1 year after the mutual closing of proposed conveyancing, I received a nasty voicemail threatening me with debt collection for around £158.00? There is no proof of how they have established these costs, I do remember telling Ms Rogers that I would be in touch for her services should I manage to find a property in the future, but after this...no way is that going to happen! Well I have a legal expert in my family, so ofcourse I will contest any action they feel the need to take, to claw back every penny they possibly can, and to make others lives as miserable as possible. All the chaos going on in this world and all she thinks about is money for a couple of phonecalls. Shame on you.

   I can’t rate Elisabeth Morris (Liz) highly enough. She really was phenomenal! She provided mediation services to my ex-wife and I during our divorce. It wasn’t easy, with lots of opinions and emotions flying around during the process but Liz’s patience, understanding and professionalism enabled us to reach an amicable agreement in the end. She remained impartial and did her best to keep the discussions focused on the important topics in a really considerate way. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone.
