Had an old bike MOT'd at B's today. Excellent service and everyone there was very friendly. Pete who does the bike MOT is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about old and new bikes. Highly recommended, I'll be taking my other bikes there.
Excellent communication & service Booked my car in for an MOT online , had a quick email response confirming date & time. MOT was completed on time and had an immediate phone call confirming completion and vehicle was ready for collection. Quality all round experience.
First time using this garage, done a full service on my car. Professional service very detail vehicle service checklist withe I did like. They did advise what to change on the next service. I made a previous review that wasn’t entirely correct, but still some draw backs. Pros: .Pretty available to book mot .Mot tester will tell you what exactly you need to do if you fail .Quick Cons: .Service charges are insane, got quoted around 140 pounds for a couple quick fixes that I fixed with only an Alan key in 20 minutes, with zero experience on how to fix motorcycles. .One of the office workers could be more helpful, or if not so understanding of the problem send someone that has more knowledge of what needs doing. Overall it’s a 50/50 business
Absolutely amazing service, they squeezed me on last minute and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic I saw was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Fully recommended for motorbikes. I also observed another mechanic working on someone's car and was very impressed with the level of care he was giving to the car he was working on a d the pride he was taking in his work. Thanks for all your efforts today I've now got a new reliable mechanic on the books.
I have used B's Garage for my MOTs on my Reliant Robin for the past 2 years. They are one of the few garages in the area able to provide this service as it requires a class 3 MOT. I received quick friendly service. I recommend them highly. I will be back again for my MOT next year.
I recently had my car serviced after a friend said they had been using them for years. They were helpful, polite and honest. They were quick to deal with a couple of other issues too. Very impressed and would definitely use them again without hesitation.
Silver service and MOT completed today. Excellent service. They collect and returned my car promptly. Everyone is polite and friendly. Receive texts to remind me when service etc is due . Phone is always answered. Easy to book day for work to be done. Highly recommend.
