Customer service was good and the price was competitive. I wasn’t too happy that my tyres following replacement were pumped to 37, I mentioned on collection my tyres should be at 32! I was told it would be corrected, brought the car back to have it sorted but only dropped to 35.. it’s a case of if you want a job done, do it yourself, it doesn’t fill you with much faith on the actual job in hand.
I want to thank your professional team for quickly helping me replace my headlights. As soon as I walked into the store, someone came out to assist me. I really want to express my huge gratitude to Lorna and the technician. My Mini Cooper had a dead battery and I desperately needed a replacement. I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the Halfords in Fareham until close to 17:15. Given that the store closes at 18:00, I was genuinely worried that it would be too late to have the battery fitted. Fortunately, I spoke to the customer service assistant, Lorna. She immediately checked with the workshop team for me. Despite it being right before their finishing time, they were still happy to proceed with the replacement. The process was incredibly swift and efficient, and thanks to their help, my car is back up and running perfectly. My sincere thanks go out to Lorna and the colleague who managed to fit the battery for me this time. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

Excellent service. Phoned due to tyre pressure going down. They booked me in with a time slot. Within minutes of arriving they began checking the tyre. Luckily (if you call it lucky), it was just a nail in the tyre, so they were able to repair it rather than having to replace a 17inch tyre, which would have been more expensive. I would definitely recommend going there.

Went to Halfords for 2 new tyres, prices very competitive especially online. Job done quickly plus after the job you get a written report on the state of your other tyres, wiper blades and brakes. Very impressed will use them again.
