Lovely clean lodge good for a couple but we felt it would be too small for 4 adults as only one bathroom and nowhere to hang clothes in the 2nd bedroom .Also the sofa would only fit 3 people ,although there was a separate chair The restaurant was modern and bright and our meal on the first night was lovely .We were disappointed that there was a breakfast menu online but we were told they didn't start that until Easter weekend .This should have been explained beforehand also went for a takeaway on the last night only to be told they could only serve pizzas as they didn't have boxes for any other meals shame as I would have preferred fish and chips . Overall its a fantastic place to stay with a dog and ours enjoyed the walks and enclosed area .The lodges are very close to each other and I would imagine in peak season there wouldn't be much privacy .The location was brilliant

Excellent!! It is perfect for dogs. Only thing I would want is private secure grass area instead of decking. Food in the pub is fantastic, a must try. We loved the activities on offer too. We booked an extra night on to our stay it was that good!! Other note is to be aware that the shop has very limited supplies so only the basics are available.

We had an absolutely perfect time. We stayed for 3 nights from Friday to Monday in August. Myself, my husband and our 2 dogs. It's so dog friendly. The beach is so close. And the chalets were so spacious. The decking was massive and enclosed so the dogs couldn't escape and could enjoy being outside with us without being tethered. The agility park was so much fun and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were genuinely lovely and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Thanks especially to Lorraine and Anthony, you 2 made us feel very welcome so thank you and we can't wait to come back!☺️

Easter Weekend What a lovely park! Very clean, tidy and luxury chalet was lovely well equipped and warm had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. We stayed in a dog free chalet as don't have a dog, and i was amazed how well behaved the dogs we saw around the park were, also very quiet at night too no barking! which i would have expected. All in all very nice stay, didn't use the facilities as had day trips planned, but walked around the park and down to the beach.

Stayed here in Jul 2022. The Chalets are so small and terribly laid out with little or no storage. The was an open wardrobe in the main bedroom, 4 hooks in the 2nd bedroom and that was it. In a chalet for "up to 6" there were 10 places for dining and a 2 seater sofa (extend the sofa bed and you cannot exit the building as it sits tight against both walls across the only exit). The cleaning was appalling (i guess it may have improved by now), we moved the beds to make the room a little easier to get into and i felt like it was carpeted there was soooo much dust underneath that stuck to my foot. I'm not a clean freak but that was disgusting. The dishwasher fell out of the kitchen when i opened the door on it. I complained to the staff who told me to email it because their comments fell "on deaf ears when they raised them". The hot tub was ok but they say not to use it after 9pm..... There were other smaller issues but i can't recall them at the moment.

So disappointing, nothing like the online brochure. Beach half a mile trek along muddy paths, no dog welcome pack, not all crockery was there for 4 people. In general the whole park looks neglected and run down. No effort to make it look Christmasy in any way. Maybe would be better to close complete whilst refurb takes place. Won't be going back.

The chalets are fully equipped and warm and cosy. Tvs in all rooms, good WiFi and well equipped kitchen and hotel quality shower room. Lovely private site and great place for dogs with lovely surrounding countryside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

A wonderful break for the family. The staff are friendly and very professional. Always willing to go the extra mile. A beautiful clean and cosy chalet. What with the crazy golf, hot tub, play area, beach and planned children's activities we wanted for absolutely nothing.
