Amazing location for anyone who goes to the Victorious Festival! Room was immaculate, easy to get to and from the festival, perfect size for two people, and appreciated the freebies in the fridge! Amazing communication from initial enquiry to leaving. Will definitely be back when next go to Victorious!
I used to live in Southsea and was back visiting friends for 5 days. The studio is perfect. The location is great as close to the beach but also only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Albert Road. The room itself is modern, the bed comfortable and the kitchenette had everything i needed. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Parking is easy - which is unusual for Southsea. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
If I need to stay in Southsea/ Portsmouth again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I stayed at Southsea Studios for 5 weeks over the Christmas period and had the perfect stay. The studio was so clean, cozy and had everything that I needed with the bonus of being only a few minutes walk away from the beach and shops. Parking was extremely easy and the area is quiet. Sam was very friendly, attentive and made communication easy using WhatsApp. The fridge was restocked with complimentary drinks and snacks and as I was there for Christmas they kindly gave me a Christmas gift! I would particularly suggest this place to stay if you are working at any of the theatres in the area as they are so easy to get to from the studios.
I wish I had found this place sooner! Luxury studio with lots of suprises….complimentary mini fridge full of refreshments on arrival, had use of two cycles for my stay and parking was very easy on the road outside. Walked to the beach within a couple of minutes and Albert Road which is full of bars and restaurants is just as close. Very worthy of five stars and will return soon!
We had a lovely weekend stay at Southsea Studios. We were able to check-in early too. The studio was pristine and the area nice and quiet, we walked the short distance to the beach and we were able to walk to the bars and restaurants of Albert Road. Our hosts gave us a late checkout on the Sunday which was very welcome. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Portsmouth, we will return very soon.
The best studio in Southsea ! Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants.Private studio which is very new and super clean. Long stays with low rates available when booking directly with the property. Words are not enough to thank host Samantha. She was the most considerate and gracious host answering all queries within minutes. My daughter had the most comfortable stay while working in Havant. It was her home away from home. I stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks over Christmas and New Year as I was in the Pompey Panto. This place is perfect for anyone looking for theatre digs as it’s just a walk away from both the Kings and the sea. The hosts are amazing too! Cleaning the apartment once a week and keeping you stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely book again anytime I’m back in Southsea. Thank you guys for an amazing Xmas stay!

We stayed in the studio whilst attending Victorious festival. The location was ideal for this as only 20 mins walk to the site. Free parking in the road using the permits supplied made the stay even more relaxing. The modern studio was compact, very clean and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I gave it 4 stars because the bed was a small double, too soft for me and the duvet too high a tog for the summer but that's my personal taste. Samantha was a super host responding to queries within minutes. Thank you! Loved the patio area outside, very peaceful, perfect for a morning cup of tea and read.
A number of our employees have stayed here over the past couple of months whilst working on a large project nearby. They all reported back that the accommodation was a great place to stay. Samantha was lovely to deal with and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy
