   It was okay for the price, the floors are just very creaky and our room was on the third floor and without any lift it was a whole challenge to bring our luggage in. It was alright.

   A pleasant building with nice rooms. Unfortunately the very squeaky flooring, the terrible shower! And the guy downstairs doing his own re enactment of 'Stars in their eyes' at 11pm keeping us and our kids awake didn't enhance our stay. It's quite a long way from the centre of Portsmouth so factor in taxis too. If you're travelling to there by car, be sure to pay for your street permits too. A few improvements to the room (shower and flooring) would transform the apartment but until that is done I'd be reluctant to stay again.

   We stayed here for two nights and occupied two of the suites. Both were fantastic- beautifully decorated, comfortable and stylish. Very clean and well equipped. Slept really well in the comfortable beds. Great location near to restaurants, bars and shops. Great service from belle and the team. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

   Stayed here for 3 nights, it’s a beautiful place to stay high standards both with the decor and the service. It’s like from a home from home experience, exceptionally clean was impressive, Lou is great she keeps things clean and makes sure you have everything for a comfortable stay, this place is close to the beach the pier all shops and restaurants are a short walk away, all we needed for our stay.    We had the top flat around the 9th to the 12th of October. Lovely flat in a ideal location 10 min walk from the sea and great walk to town. The flat is cosy with a king sized bed and a double in the other room. The kitchen was well furnished and the large sofa very comfortable. It's a keyless entrance with an electronic touch screen Yale locking system to both street door and internal flat door, I liked it very much. The street parking is the only problem, specially if you return after 6.30pm. Permit will be needed if you park the car in the street all day but you can buy dayly permit from your host. Will go back to this flat happily.
