We knew travelling in November things wouldnβt be open but I didnβt see anywhere on their site that literally everything was shut till I tried to book things, no food near by really, Nothing, their app says you can order a takeaway but you canβt. they assure me itβs on there everything is closed but I didnβt see it. So we didnβt bring any swimming items to then be told by reception swimming is open 10-5 daily, we drove around a few shops and managed to buy some swim wear for most of us not completely the right sizes (again being out of season it wasnβt easy) but managed to swim a few times during the week still checking its open 10-5 then on the Thursday we turn up to swim at 4 for the last hour to let the kids burn off some energy to be told pools shut. I bought the food package to be in the van, we had 3 loaves of bread that went out of date on day 2 of our 7 day stay. Good points staff are lovely especially the gentleman in the shop, site is clean and lovely surroundings, I would say itβs a bit big for the size of pool etc and the slide is broke but otherwise itβs a nice site and location. My son is desperate for me to rebook for his birthday but Iβm really unsure due to the communication.

Love this little holiday park. Have been a couple of times now and would certainly return again. Has nice playground for kids, could do with security gate to stop little kids escaping onto the roads though. Swimming pools, resturant/ bar and entertainment complex. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reported an issue with our accommodation and security was there in 20 mins despite being around 9pm.

Arrived home on Friday after a week at whitecliff bay. We had a "luxury" caravan which in all honesty did not match the description. All of the mattresses were lumpy, you could feel every spring and were incredibly uncomfortable, I asked if they could provide a mattress topper for the double and was given a spare duvet, we ended up sleeping on 2.. The caravan was not cleaned properly - ridiculous amounts of dust behind the TV in the bedroom, on top of cupboards and towel rail. I spoke to guest services who sent someone out to check it over but when we returned later the towel rail was still dusty from the 4th rung down.. a dirty cloth used to wipe the top few was left on the side in the kitchen.. our sofa bed was also broken which was reported and swapped out, which was appreciated. It also reekedof cigarette smoke, took us leaving the windows open all day for 3 days for this to start to subside. The park has great facilities and activities, the pool is very small and shallow (1m) but was ok. Staff were lovely, can't fault them, the kids entertainment was excellent and my 5 year old loved it, bar and food prices excessive but to be expected. We would stay on an away resorts site again, however would be reluctant to book a luxury van if the criteria is the same across the board, I think the quality of things such as mattresses needs to be checked and replaced more regularly. Location is great.

We arrived home yesterday after a 3 night stay in one of the burst of blue cabins:167. We had a lovely stay, it was one of the nicest accomodations we have stayed in at a holiday park. Clean, plenty of space and nice to have the kids at the opposite end and with their own bathroom so we were able to watch TV/shower etc without disturbing them, so nice to have a TV in each room. I forget how nice it is having a dishwasher whilst away too and having bath towels /bedding provided. Location wise it's perfect for so much on the island and on a beautiful stretch of coastline. The beach attached is truly stunning. All the staff were great, friendly, welcoming and the pool staff were very good at keeping us informed regarding sessions and keeping the changing rooms clean and tidy. The kids adored the pool and it was a highlight of our stay. We didn't use the entertainment and on site food options but there looked to be plenty on offer. Thanks for a great stay.

We love coming here. Having a beach that's so close and private to the campsite, brilliant. The entertainment, great. Staff absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Swimming facilities, great fun for the kids. It would be perfect if the accommodation was actually clean. Those value chalets have had there day, they need a refurb. I get it they are cheap but doesn't excuse not being clean. I can see this is a common problem with others, so please do something about it. We will be back cause of everything else just not staying in one of those again.

The room was very clean, the location fabulous and I absolutely love this holiday park! Reasonable prices, lots of good places to make good memories, fun things to do, for the whole family :) Only problem is some staff members come off as unkind, or not bothered. Some of the desk staff were rude, but apart from that staff was good. But staff do make all the difference, so many that could be altered.

We had a lovely time at the Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park with Away Resorts. We went during February half term so was still out of season and the pools, activities and shop on site were closed but there was plenty to do off site. The caravan was lovely and the site was clean and well kept. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Excellent holiday stay. Stayed in exclusive see facing caravan, which is top notch having all the facilities. Heating is excellent throughout. Everything is as advertised. Holiday park itself is very well planned and clean very near to sea. Only drawback is WiFi and mobile signals are not good.

Caravan: Nicely decorated. Entertainment: Very good, but toilets were absolutely horrible. Had to cross main road to get there. WiFi: Our one was broken and guest services insisted that it wasn't theirs, repairman said that it was in fact theirs. Could only get signal outside. Site: Beautiful views but quite a walk from the Crosswinds where we were staying. Pool: Lockers didn't work, only 3-4 of the changing rooms locked, incredibly busy in the pool even though you have to book. Water everywhere, toilets nice, people left clothes in the changing room which means that you couldn't use them. Lifeguards just sat there doing nothing. Apparently this was better than before. I don't want to know what it was like before In conclusion, nice place and might visit again if it gets done up a bit.

Provided us (mature couple) with a convenient and reasonably comfortable base for a week of exploring the island and visiting the essential tourist locations. Appears to be a well run and well maintained Holiday Park. Staff very friendly with a nice welcome. Didn't partake of the onsite entertainments or activities, so can't comment on them. Small convenience store with most essentials, but a bit pricey. Our mid-range caravan was okay, except for a very shabby and heavily stained sofa-bed suite and a stained lounge carpet. Nothing was done about these, but the very loose kitchen tap was fixed and the rusty microwave oven was replaced with a new one. So at least some of our concerns were addressed and dealt with quickly.
