We ordered a replacement key for a mondeo 2018. It was a reasonable price and done whilst we shopped (although it was a big shop!) No hesitation in saying get your key here with total confidence :-)

We first went to Asda for shopping and thought of doing the key duplication afterwards. When we returned to Timpson, the staff member at the counter (a heavy-set man, I don’t know his name) saw us checking and sorting the keys. Then, all of a sudden, he went to the toilet, saying he would only be back after 20 minutes. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional.
The chap behind the counter was about to close but took my suit and processed it anyway. Very personable and made the whole experience pleasant. Just wish I could remember his name.

Dan has completely rebuilt some of my husbands shoes they were beyond repair from what we have been told by some other branches, he took his time explains what he was going to do with them. He doesn’t always work in this branch and kept contact and dropped them off. They looked better than new and even the stains on the leather on shoe have been removed and all polished up, They looked better than new recommend this branch go and see Dan when he’s in.

My initially poor experience was changed to a 5 star one after a quick word with their head office and signing a disclaimer when I needed two Honda Civic keys cut that I had purchased from ebay.
