Timpson. Stourbridge (Tesco). Service appalling. Had 3 keys cut, cost £18 Arrived home none worked. Went again (8mile around trip, in traffic) guess what, none worked. Customer service never come back after the first time, so I don't expect them to this time. Avoid store.
This branch has given nothing but exception customer service. I had a Guess shoe that I wore once and the threading came out. The guy set expectations and said he didnt think they'd fix it due to the time it would take, but he sent it off for me anyway. He called now to say they didnt fix it, but he did personally for me in between other jobs and I couldnt have been happier. Thank you so much
Not just Timpsons ethics but Steve at Weston Favell is an exceptional person with his unique helpful personality. Nothing is too little or too much.( are you listening at head office??)
This is not a reflection on this particular store itself but rather the iPad screen repair service where you fill in an online form & post your tablet off to them to repair. Communication was very poor, the only way I could tell they had my iPad was buy tracking it via Royal Mail myself, there were no updates to tell me it was received or being worked on & was supposed to take 3-5 days but instead took a whopping 14 days with no justification or apology. Given the price of the service £125, this was very poor service. Would never use again!
Got a key cut here last week and it didn't work. I probably should have tried it on my own house door instead of my doctors. Great service. Guy in shop looked at me funny. Five stars.

Fantastic service today, the gentleman was very helpful, stopped what he was working on, keen to assist immediately cutting 3 keys & replaced leather watch strap for like. Very good value too.
Had set of four keys cut here. Service was polite and friendly. Keys cut in under 5 minutes. All the keys fitted perfectly. Also do watch repairs and batteries. Usually have Zippo flints and fuel in stock too, although they are much more expensive than online prices (at least you know they are genuine)
