   Thanks to Dom and Beccy for a wonderful week at the Cottage. Lovely and clean and homely, sweet little touches with the welcome basket of goodies too. Every base covered from food bags to a bbq too! We will definitely spread the word and look forward to coming back again in the future!

   A huge thank you to Dominic & Beccy for such a wonderful welcome to their lovely Holly Cottage on the magnificent Isle Of Wight. Both my wife and i had a lovely 2 week Holiday weather couldn't of asked for any better, the cottage was very comfortable and very clean & dog friendly with the enclosed garden, Izzy Megan & Alfie had such a wonderful time also, The welcome gifts was greatly appreciated and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

   Do not hesitate to book this charming cottage in the centre of the IOW. Carl and his family live next door and could not have been more welcoming. My top priorities were clean and comfortable, both met to an exceptional standard. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome pack, our Lab puppy Bentley felt right at home straight away, even with a field to explore opposite! Being in a central location helped us explore the island quickly and easily. A fabulous place with fabulous people, we would love to return one day.

   Just back from a wonderful week in the beautiful Isle of Wight. Carl and family were fantastic hosts, friendly and informative of things to do on the island. I contacted Carl a few times before we visited and he always replied within a couple of hours with the exact information I required. The cottage is well situated in a quiet lane with easy access to the whole island and some lovely walking routes direct from the door. The small courtyard garden was a little sun trap and was perfect for unwinding with a book after a long fun filled day. We would definitely return.

   Lovely cottage in a quiet peaceful but very well placed location. This cottage has everything you need for your days away on holiday. We cooked for our family almost every day, the kitchen is well equipped, the wood-burning stove keeps everything cosy when it is cool out, and everything is in immaculate condition. Carl and Fay go to great length to make you comfortable with a welcome pack to make sure you are not short of anything in the first few days of settling in. Our holiday was lovely and we would love to come back anytime in the future!

   Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The cottage was amazing very clean and bright. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and had everything you would need from towels to washing up liquid ... We received a doggy hello bundle for our dog, and we received a hamper full of goodies and essentials and a fridge with milk, butter, fresh eggs, water, juice and even chocolates. Carl and Fay were the perfect hosts and have gone well and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their daughter (sorry forgot her name) was so nice and I can't wait to meet her again. Everything you required was about 15 minutes drive away, and the local walks were well sign posted. All in all a perfect break, we can't wait to visit Holly Cottage again

   We spent 4 nights in the Holly Cottage and absolutely loved it. The cottage was very cozy and super clean, recently refurbished and done up to an excellent level. Initially, we feared it would be too small as there were 4 of us (2 kids - 5 and 2 years old) but we managed really well with the sofa bed. The kids loved sharing a bed and especially loved the surroundings! The landlords live next door, they are very friendly and were very responsive to our needs. The location is just perfect, you can reach every corner of the island within 30 minutes drive. Overall, we can't recommend enough! Thank you!
