   AVOID Absolutely appallingly incompetence. totally messed up my late Mums probate, admitted they had messed up and probate would never be granted with the work they did. I did the work in the end, however they only offered a 30% refund although they admitted getting it totally wrong. If you end up with Thamida god help you. I wish I had not used them all I get from them is go to the Ombudsman if you want more they dont even follow thier own complaints process.

   I wouldn't use this company again.We used their conveyancing services. There were so many errors, which were blamed on the 'other' solicitor. Names were incorrectly spellt, important details were wrong, reports were badly written and confusing (very poor copy and paste job) and if you left a mesasge, no-one came back to you. After we had completed and paid the balance in full, another invoice suddenly turned up around 6 weeks later. No-one could tell us what it was for and, despite emailing and calling to challenge it, we never got an answer.

   I have dealt only with the Office in Willerby Square. Problems I have encountered include: 1. solicitor there denying that he had received Lasting Powers of Attorney from the Office of the Public Guardian, resulting in our being unable to exercise our powers; 2. solicitor there being unable to locate a Will in the vault. This happened on two occasions. 3. solicitor there delivering Lasting Powers of Attorney to us after the donor had passed away, meaning that the documents were useless.
