Really impressed - friendly and helpful call centre staff made my booking, and that same day an equally friendly and knowledgeable bloke by the name of Craig arrived on my driveway. He located the nail in my tyre, and although he could so easily have said it was beyond repair he didn't - he repaired it very quickly and efficiently and it has been fine ever since. That may not be good for short-term profitability, but it means I'll definitely use Hometyre in future for repairs and replacements, so in this case honesty really is the best policy. A very positive experience.
I recently used Hometyre mobile service for a tyre change at my home. The service was convenient and the technician was prompt and professional. The process was incredibly convenient and easy. I simply placed my order online and scheduled a time for the technician to come to my home to install the tires.The prices were also very reasonable. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly and efficiently installed the new tires on my car. He also checked my alignment and balance and made any necessary adjustments. The whole process took less than an hour and I was able to stay in the comfort of my own home while it was being done. I was very impressed with the quality of the tires and the level of service provided by the technician. I would definitely recommend Hometyre to anyone in need of new tires and looking for a convenient mobile installation option.

I have now used Hometyre twice and both times the service has been excellent. The experience is great end to end from the initial booking to keeping me up to date on my appointment to the fitting of the tyres themselves. Craig also properly aligned the tyres to the valves, not something I’ve always experienced. Will definitely continue using them.
