   Will quote one amount the charge 25% + more and then even after completion and monies completion statement was sent showing a 0 balance then 2 weeks later was sent another invoice for more money.

   AVOID Absolutely appalling service, totally messed up my late Mums probate, admitted they had messed up and probate would never be granted with the work they had done. I did the work however they only offered a 30% refund. Thamida was incompetent god help you if you are allocated her. I wish I had not used them all I get from them is go to the Ombudsman if you want more. All they seem to want is the money, no morals or sense of good customer service. I was vulnerable at the time I feel like I have been taken advantage of.

   (Scunthorpe branch) - Took 18 months to register my property - Got fined for doing it late and then tried to charge me for their lack of due diligence! Huge admin error. Understand mistakes happen but to send me an invoice for the amount is disgusting when it was not my fault. After emailing back refusing to pay this I then got no reply but received 3 different invoices for various amounts across 2 weeks! Horrific admin team and shocking considering they are dealing with delicate matters.

Maria is a wonderful solicitor who I would highly recommend. She is professional, approachable and easy to talk to. She has been a huge support to me during an extremely difficult time in my life.    Not recommended at all.. Let myself and my wife down just and. when we needed some help. Had an appointment which was cancelled by the time we had actually got to the office. The receptionists were absolutely clueless and had no idea what was going on. We were then told that someone else would see us, then we were told he couldn't. We left with the words they had let us down,not as if they cared. On top of that, to get our money back they made all the excuses under the sun. Took a week to get our money refunded. Excuse after excuse. This place isn't recommended.

   If you are looking for great customer service knowledgeable staff and transparency, then DO NOT use Pepperells solicitors. It is a shame you cannot give a rating of 0 stars. I could go into great detail about my frustrations I have experienced using the company, but I've wasted enough time chasing to get answers on questions I've had to ask multiple times as well chasing for my refunded money for overpayments on accounts that they miscalculated, and even then short changed me with no explanation. Very unprofessional company with abysmal customer service. Will not recommend to anyone or be looking to use in the future.

Shuhel kept my up to date throughout the process via email, text and phone call and he always replied to my enquiries within a couple of hours.
