Sara and Christian were fantastic for me during a really stressful time. Christian initially booked me in for my assessment and was smiling and welcoming each time I visited. Sara was an absolute star, she treated me with kindness and patiently humoured me with my thousands of questions. At one point there was an issue with my insurance and their provision of a courtesy car with another company but Sara handled it like the pro she is, we worked together to speak to the necessary people and she hooked me up with a courtesy car of their own, even calling me back to reconfirm everything was settled. There was minor delay with the automatic courtesy car but Sara called ahead of time to let me know - I was offered alternatives but was happy to delay in order to have the automatic. The car provided was immaculate and “small and automatic” as requested, it ended up being the same make as my own which couldn’t have worked out better. The repairs to my car are perfect - you can’t tell anything was ever wrong. Due to the nature of the company, I hope I don’t ever have to see any of these people again - but in the case that I do I would 100% use DF Crash Repairs again.
Great customer service from Sara and Christian from the time I first entered for a quote until I left after the repair. Rest of the team also provided good service when inspecting, booking in and collecting. Repair looks great and the whole car is back to looking good. Thank you
From start to finish fantastic service.Christian kept me updated every step of the way.Whilst Christian was busy the lovely Sara made sure I was looked after. When I returned to pick up my car which was finished and ready to collect right on time both Christian and Sara greeted me by name a very nice personal touch. I was involved in a collision, the insurance company picked this business for my car to be repaired, I am so glad they did, the service offered was outstanding, from the receptionist to the technician and the man who delivered my car back to me they are fantastic. Got my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all at this establishment.
Initial contact and collection very good. Repair was carried out in a reasonable time period considering ongoing parts issues. Charlie really friendly and helpful on the phone. Collection was not great, on arrival noticed panels not aligned correctly and a small ding still present. Car had to remain with them for another 5 days in total so a wasted trip to collect and further hassle in rearranging hire car from insurance company. Granted second time around the repair was better but a shame that quality inspection did not pick this fault up before they called me to collect. Embarrassing for the chap who was doing the walk around with me as well. Overall would use again as they were apologetic and professional when the issues were picked up on the first collection. Only feedback would be that QA needs improvement to save the customer having to be further put out also.
Gave me a decent quote and were friendly enough early on, but neglected to mention my car would be in for over a week until I phoned them at 3pm on the day they took it in, so I had no opportunity to arrange a hire car or anything. They weren't too friendly on the phone while I was trying to figure out how to proceed so I just had to cancel my repairs.
This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I went there due to insurance company. Upon collection the vehicle smells like they painted it then called me to pick it up, the intense paint smell gave me a headache driving it home. The car inside was very dusty, I surely never gave them it that way. The outside of the car was not cleaned, apart from the painted bit. This company has failed to meet o good standard. The receptionist was gruff and ill mannered, treating me as if they were doing me a favour. After reading all the other glowing reviews, I am beginning to think this was prejudice. I also asked them for a private quote to repair a scratch on the same side as the insurance repair, they claimed they would call me, but they did not, instead they told me they had sent an email, but no email was sent since I checked everywhere. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Shame on DF Crash. I will also be complaining to the insurance company.
So had some damage on my vehicle from a stone chip. I made contact with this company as it was a preferred authorised repair place to ensure my paint warentee was continued.. they were very helpful from the start.. they made professional contact with me for a estimate for work to be carried out. I booked in and was told poss a few days for works to be completed. Well I dropped it off midday Monday and by tuesday morning it was sorted. I collected and was very happy with the works carried out. I am not able to even see where the previous damage was.. I also have a 3 stage paint with sparkles so they did very well for it to be completely unseen.. Would be happy to go back to them again and I will say they may seem pricey but you get what you pay... thanks DF Crash repair please see photos attached..
