Scammer Alert ! Beware of Unethical Business Practices I regretfully have to share my experience with this business as a stern warning to all potential buyers. I purchased furniture through eBay from this seller, who then persuaded me to finalize the transaction outside of eBay, thereby voiding any buyer protection policies. As a result, I was left without the product I had paid for, and the seller ceased all communication. This breach of trust and fraudulent activity left me no choice but to report this incident to my bank and the authorities. I strongly urge buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this business. Remember, legitimate sellers will always abide by the platform's rules and policies to ensure a safe and secure transaction for both parties. My hopes in sharing this experience are to alert potential customers to this seller's dishonest practices, so they do not fall prey to the same misfortune. Please do your due diligence before committing to a purchase, and always keep transactions within the security measures provided by online platforms.

Absolutely terrible situation. We paid for the drawers chest to the recommended seller a month ago and still haven’t received the order. All emails and calls haven’t got any response. Avoid this company! We are still waiting to get this problem solved. Already in touch with legal authorities.

You will get a cheaper deal but the service is so horrendous, please pay the extra as the pain you have to endure just to get your item or resolve any issues if it is faulty are not worth it. Mike sadly has no idea about customer service, managing expectation, communication or how to deal with problems. The bed took 2 months to arrive although we were told it would be a few weeks, then it arrived damaged. Four months on Mike still hadn’t resolved even though W&G have had the replacement part for 3 months.

Buyers beware, do not pay any money up front I paid for furniture that was to be delivered by the end of January. I heard nothing until I phoned and have since been told one false story after another, delivery by end of February, then end of March, then told he can’t fulfil the order, Asked for a refund onto my card, that was 3 weeks ago and still not received the money, well over £1000 Mr Robinson told me the money had left his account, but I’ve still not received it It’s now going to solicitors to get my refund BEWARE
